It is also called Fontana della Vittoria. On it there are some scriptores in memory of the fascist aggression against Ethiopia: “Erected in the country’s unfortunate years to exalt the fascist aggression against Ethiopia. Today this fountain, having abandoned its celebratory intention, takes on new meanings for the city of Pinerolo. Condemnation and memory of our colonial past, a sign of the resistance and, with the constitution, an opportunity for reunion with African people as a sign of peace and respect with all people ”.In 2004 the fountain was restored by the owners of Villa San Maurizio.
